Project List
Hello everyone,
First, I want to say thank you to all my followers and subscribers. I am surprised by the number of people following me and my ramblings.
Then second, sorry for the late post. I was hoping to get this up last week, but ended up busier than I thought.
Project Updates:
Writing:
Project Mindflow
Genre: Action-Cyberpunk – Superhero
Started: Roughly 20 years ago.
Novel – Trying to get to writing. I have a loss outline and plenty of worldbuilding. I know my first few chapters are, some more fleshed out. This is my story with five girls in a mental asylum that gain super powers then team nto break out in a futuristic setting in Fukuoka, Japan.
Project Courier
Genre: Cyberpunk – Slice of Life
Startrd: Spring 2023
Short Story 1 – Set in the some setting as the novel. A story that takes a look at the economic and social aspects of the setting. Also, shines a different light on one of the characters from the novel. Takes place after the novel.
Project Cyber Delve
Genre: Cyberpunk – Thriller
Started: Fall 2023
Short Story 2 – Possibly in the same setting, but happens in or around Detroit, MI instead of Fukuoka, Japan. Follows a security personal from an U.K. Security Corporation on mission to find a black box within an abandoned factory.
Project MW-Cozy
Genre: Cozy Fantasy- Slice of Life
Spring 2023
Short Story 3 – A cozy story about a disabled girl finding herself after a trip to an enchanted forest.
Game Design:
Project ???
One-page RPG – A fast and furious racing game influenced by Ridge Racer, F-Zero, Rock & Roll Racing, and Wipeout.
Project Cyber Boarders
Mirrorshades Setting – A setting for Mirrorshades that doesn’t feel directly ripping off Cyberpunk or Shadowrun. I was thinking of it kinda being like Boaderlands meets Diablo with a dash of Deus Ex.
Project Angelic
Kal-Arath Seting - A setting for Kal-Arat. Not entirely sure where I am going with this one. Add a magic system tied to Angelic Beings and add a magic system tied to Sprites. I was thinking colonial period. Then I thought maybe with Viking instead. I have ponder where I want this to go.
So that is my project list at the moment. If you want to know more about something, comment here or shot me a message. Going to be slow progress. Eventually I will spruce up my newsletter.

Hi there!
Great list of project!
My narrative editor and consultant part, want to know more about the first project, seems interesting and also difficult.
The reader and gamer part, want to know more about the cozy fantasy short story (seems very compelling) and the one page fast and furious game is very interesting!
I’m waiting for more updates!
Ivo, this was a powerful introduction. And it stopped me in my trucks for some reason.
Leo Tolstoy says something about being stopped in his tracks, while reading "plans", and asking "Now why did the author plan that?" This happens all the time. It's part of the code-breaking. When a word or phrase appears that's arresting, it does two things: it challenges my perceptions of seeing/hearing/feeling, and it moves me into new territory. By this I mean an altered state of awareness that's akin to an extended daydream, where all my senses conspire to provide fertile and syntactically engaging words or lines. It happens rarely, but when I'm there I tend to make the most of it, for days sometimes.
I do believe that you are a powerful thinker and that you have mad skills. And because of this I wish for some sort of correspondence with you. I will kick it off by subscibring in the hopes you do the same. This will keep me accountable and motivated to leave comments such as this on your subsequent and previous posts. I imagine our bonded will power with these exercises will bear much fruit. Ivo; do keep me on your long distance radar. In the joy of eternal collaboration from shore to shore.
